Our waterproofing solutions are designed to meet the unique demands of New Zealand properties, whether residential, commercial, or industrial. TPO – (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)

This is our preferred material of choice to use due to its excellent welding capabilities and tear resistance. TPO is also extremely UV-resistant, making it a top choice for waterproofing in New Zealand, and it offers a long-lasting solution with a life expectancy of over 50 years. We are an approved contractor for TPO installation, so you can be further reassured that you will receive the most professional service and top-quality workmanship.

We come across so many poorly installed flat roofs or roofs where unsuitable products are used and ‘forced’ together. This has motivated us to raise the standards of flat roofing methods used in New Zealand. The flat roofing products we use have incredible potential and are a top-class waterproofing material when correctly installed.

EPDM Rubberbond

This product is another industry leader with a fantastic life expectancy. EPDM Rubberbond is a single-ply membrane with properties similar to those of TPO and is an equally high-quality product. While TPO uses welded seams, EPDM is applied using solvent-based seams, which still deliver excellent waterproofing performance. The product is applied in a way that eliminates visible seams, further enhancing the efficiency of your roof by preventing water ingress. Like TPO, EPDM offers long-term durability with a life expectancy of over 50 years.

It is maintenance-free and extremely weather-resistant due to its ability to withstand expansion and contraction. The product is very flexible, allowing it to be easily moulded around more complex structures within your roof. Moreover, this product is very safe to install as there is no requirement for the use of heat or naked flames.

Dekmaster

For areas such as balconies and walkways, we use Dekmaster, a membrane specifically designed for foot traffic. It features a textured, grippy surface that offers excellent durability, low heat absorption, and a safe, comfortable walking surface.

Concrete Tiles

Concrete tile roofing is a durable, weather-resistant option that’s perfectly suited to New Zealand’s coastal and varied climate.
